If the home is placed outside of the Memphis Association Of Realtors area, The fee paid to us is a referral fee. The MLS listings are provided by real estate licensees. This is a not a solicitation if you are already working with a Realtor.  Avidian Real Estate Company, Inc. is not liable for any errors or omissions of its independent affiliates providing final MLS Listing services to you. The signed Listing Agreement is valid for 6 months. Please review your listing agreement for details. The listing agreement determines final services provided. 

By visiting our website you understand our Terms of Service. A MLS Listing requires payment of a commission to a buyer’s agent, in which you will determine. In order to complete your listing you will be required to complete a Flat Fee Listing Agreement provided to you by your local listing agent. You will also be required to provide the listing agent with accurate property information. Your timeliness in providing such will determine how long it takes to list your property. A prompt response can result in your property being listed on the MLS within 1 - 2 business days.

All Flat Fee Lisitings are non-refundable once we receive your payment. Other terms from your local broker may apply. See the listing agreement for details. You also agree that our liability, in all events, is limited to the fee paid. 

By requesting a referral thru our website you also agree to be bound by the terms of service of your MLS Listing Agreement. Listings on various affiliated websites may not be available and are subject to the terms and conditions of your Local MLS Board.
